1. Who controls your data
INCOGNITO LTD (company number NI705457, registered office 341 Garrymore, Moyraverty, Craigavon, Northern Ireland, BT65 5JG) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@incognitions.co.uk about anything in this policy.
2. What we collect, and why
Enquiry form. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and any company, phone number, project type, budget and project description you choose to provide. We use this to respond to your enquiry. It is stored on our server and, where email delivery is configured, sent to our own inbox.
Checkout. If you buy a package, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), billing address and, for our own project records, your company name. This is collected directly by us — not by the payment provider — and passed to our payment provider to create the customer record your payment session is based on. Card details are never seen or stored by us: they are entered directly on our payment provider's own secure payment page.
Basic technical data. Our server logs standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting, in line with normal web server operation.
3. Cookies
This site sets one cookie of its own — a session cookie used to remember what's in your basket and to protect forms from being submitted from another site. It is strictly necessary for the site to function and is not used for tracking, analytics or advertising. Full detail is in our Cookies page.
Fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, not loaded from a third party, so no font-related request or cookie is sent anywhere else. If you complete a purchase, the payment page you are taken to is operated by our payment provider under its own privacy and cookie policy, which applies once you reach that page.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- our payment provider, to process a purchase and issue a receipt, where you choose to buy a package;
- our email and hosting providers, purely to operate this website and deliver enquiry emails;
- a professional adviser, regulator or authority, where we are required to by law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver a project, and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@incognitions.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
